The location of the hotel was great as it was near the subway station and had a convenience store right next door. The room was well-designed and felt quite spacious, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom had a strong shower system and was impeccably clean.

It was a bit disappointing that there was no parking available on-site.

Loved the location which was close to both the subway and airport bus stop. the staff were friendly and bilingual, making it easy to communicate. We enjoyed the strong and relaxing shower facilities. the room size was comfortable and spacious, with a good mattress that provided us with a great night's sleep.

The pillows which were too soft and thin. the shower space was not well thought out.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of the Suskino F&B entertainment area. The brand new building has a large and clean lobby, and the room size was acceptable. I really appreciated the fact that the entire hotel is non-smoking, which is rare in Sapporo. Additionally, the price was very attractive.

The hotel's modern and stylish design impressed me, especially the cool artistry inside the premises like the pictures of the city. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, and the location close to the local train station and the underground made transportation very convenient for me. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were top-notch.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the comfortable beds and the stylish decor of the hotel. The housekeeping staff ensured the impeccable cleanliness of our room, and the window allowed us to breathe in fresh air. the location was advantageous for exploring the dining and entertainment area.

While the bathroom was impressive with its great shower system, I would have preferred a bathtub. the fridge was insufficiently small, and it was frustrating that I could only stay for one night.
